QuickTech Support is a monthly subscription service that covers impromptu tech support, consultation, or advice. Availability of service is dependent upon my schedule on any given day.
Peace of mind. As a subscriber you are prioritized. Expert tech support is at your fingertips. I will be available for calls and texts during off-hours and weekends to help you with tech concerns.
No issue is “too small.” Your subscription means you get real advice as you need it, for whatever it is, no matter what it is.
Scam Protection. Forward those questionably phishy emails to me for quick analysis. I’ll help you verify the authenticity of suspicious emails so you don’t fall victim to a scam.
Waived travel fees. The source, purchase, and delivery of computers and electronics from local retailers to your home or office; and mileage expenses for on-site appointments are waived.
The monthly subscription is supplemental to services provided to frequent customers; approximately equivalent to 30-minutes of remote support per month.

Other perks include waived mileage fees for on-site appointments and free pickup and delivery of computers and electronics.
Highly specialized or business-specific inquiries fall outside the subscription scope.

Other perks include waived mileage fees for on-site appointments and free pickup and delivery of computers and electronics.
Third-party licensing and additional service expenses are not included.
