Computer compatibility, installation, and what your subscription covers.
An endpoint is a computer enrolled in protection. Each supported desktop or laptop needs its own license, whether it belongs to a household or a business.
Compatibility depends on the operating system and the features you need. Automatic Windows and supported-app updates require a compatible Windows computer, and ransomware rollback is available only on supported systems. Contact Denver Tech Support before purchasing for a Mac or an older computer so we can confirm the coverage available for your setup.
Advanced includes 24/7 threat hunting: ThreatDown specialists review suspicious activity and provide response guidance, with tools available to isolate a computer or reverse ransomware changes on supported systems. Complete adds analysts who take action to investigate, contain, and remove verified threats. The 24/7 service is provided by ThreatDown security specialists, not a round-the-clock general tech support desk.
Denver Tech Support arranges installation, checks compatibility and existing security software, and configures your protection. The computer needs an internet connection to receive updates and report security activity. Some updates require a restart.
No. Protection includes installation and management of the security software for your selected tier. QuickTech Home, Pro, and Priority are separate subscriptions for everyday tech support and advice. Repairs, account recovery, pre-existing infections, and work outside your protection tier may require separately billed service.
Standalone annual protection is paid upfront and saves 8% compared with twelve monthly payments for the same tier. Subscriptions renew until canceled. QuickTech subscribers should contact Denver Tech Support for the appropriate subscriber link rather than purchasing at the standalone price.
Yes. Endpoint protection secures the computer; backups and account security address risks such as lost files and stolen sign-ins. Denver Tech Support can help set up and test backups, choose a password manager, enable passkeys and multi-factor authentication, and improve account recovery. These services can be arranged alongside your protection plan.
